Achievement and alignment aren't the same thing. You can be highly successful and still feel like something's missing. You can check every box and still sense you're drifting from who you're meant to be.

If you're feeling behind, stuck, or unclear about where you're headed, you're not failing. You may just be finally noticing where misalignment has led you away from your design. This might be the messy middle between discovering WHO you are, and living in alignment with your design.

Personal Compass: Pilot Values Cohort

In January, we wrapped up our pilot of the Clarify Your Compass Values Cohort, led by Nathan Warner, Director of Learning Innovation at the Newton Institute.

This cohort explored the southern point of the compass, answering the question "HOW should I be living?" Participants included a mix of internal team members, former facilitators, and partners who delved into clarifying their personal values.

3. What part of my identity have I been protecting through performance, or remaining in roles, what might be revealed if I let that go?
